Welcome to the Atrium Health Union Catering Website

We thank you for your interest in our catering services. We look forward to being a part of your event.

To serve you in the best possible manner, please follow the lead times on the catering website for any catered function to guarantee your specific order and time. Because good things take time, please give us at least 72 hours to successfully fulfill your event needs.

Some things to keep in mind as you are placing your catering orders:

Our regular catering hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm- Monday through Friday. Late afternoon events will be approved on an event by event basis.

All dining requests with total anticipated spend greater than $50 must be approved by Vice President

Approval by Vice President is required when requests are outside of the Atrium Health Guiding Principles of the Catering Policy. These principles are the following but not limited to:

Meetings during “typical “mealtimes that are an extended duration (2 or more hours)

Physician attendees are coming from and/or returning to patient care.

When it is not reasonable to expect attendees to provide for their own meals.

Modifying your order- You can modify your order on the catering website up to 72 hours. After that any modifications to orders must be called into the FNS department.

Cancellation policy- To avoid being charged, cancellations or changes to catering orders must be made up to 72 hours in advance of the event.
